My name is Esther Duttweiler. I'm 24 years old, and my life is a little boring. Don't get me wrong; I have a great life. I've been saved by the grace of God, and that's more than enough. On top of that, I have a wonderful husband, an awesome family, and great friends. But I'm the kind of person who needs deadlines, and right now there's not really anything in my life that requires that. I'm not in school, but I'd like to be. I have a degree, but I can't really use it in a full-time position right now. So, for the time being, I'm forced to look elsewhere.
A few months ago, I came across a friend's blog where she was working through a list of 99 goals to accomplish in 999 days, and one of the goals in her blog was to inspire other people to start their own lists. Well, with a new year coming up, I thought it'd be the perfect time to finally set another deadline for myself. Hopefully I can inspire someone else to do the same.
For every item left incomplete at the end of this journey, I will donate $1 each to two non-profit organizations that are very dear to my heart: Water Missions International and the Jefferson Street Baptist Center, so that others at home and abroad might have a better chance at achieving their goals.
