What better way to celebrate Mother's Day than with a nice, big helping of chocolate?
Don't these look great? And the best part is that they were super easy to make. Now, I've had one too many experiences where the first batch of cookies turned out fine and all the rest were burned to a crisp, so baking cookies always makes me a little nervous, but I'm convinced that these are foolproof. (They're made from cake mix, by the way!) I made them for small group this week, but I think they'll need to make another appearance sometime soon.
