#1: 100 new recipes.
We had an abundance of orange juice that needed to get used up this week, so I found a recipe for Chicken a la Orange...not the authentic recipe, but an interesting simulation. It was really an experiment borne out of desperation; we already had all the ingredients at home. But it wasn't that great, to be honest. I'd be willing to give it another try because I think there are some things I could do differently, but probably not anytime soon...!
